I had an appt scheduled for today, 11/13/18 8a-12p. That time came and went with no call from the technician. I called the customer service number and they called me back to say that the tech would be here by 2p. After 2p, no call no show and I called again...I took off of work for this. My question is, how do I get a full refund for this because I'm VERY unhappy with this situation!

Welcome to our forums. In my experience, there are few things more frustrating in life than a no call-no show for a service appointment. I know I can’t undo the inconvenience of this experience, but I truly regret the aggravation this experience has undoubtedly caused.
