No Product,No Delivery, No Info, No Manager

Hello,


My name is Will {removed per forum guidelines} I am the Managing Partner and Licensed General Contractor of a Custom Home Builder and Remodeling company in Denver, CO.

I had been having some delivery issues with my appliances from Lowes the last 6 months ,so I decided to give Best Buy a shot. We order roughly 200k in appliances a year. 

So my first order . Samsung washer and dryer ordered 3-4 weeks ago. It stated on your website it would be for delivery 3 days later, but I never heard anything. No big deal. Got a call a week ago said my delivery for Wed was canceled (I didnt know I had a day scheduled). No product, it would be Saturday,  Today. Got two calls to confirm, " Great". Then today the driver calls me and says he only has the dryer . I asked him to have a manager call me.


Someone from delivery calls , says they dont know anything ,they will have a store manager call me immediately.  No call, or communication at all. My customer for whom we built the house for is livid,  at me of course , and I have zero answers. I had one of my guys at the property for 4 hours before I found out it wasnt coming, and now my client wants me to pay for the washer and dryer. I need some help,  and I needed it a week ago.

I can see how this can be discouraging as you were promised a delivery for a washer and dryer and this did not happen. I would like to see what is possible for your situation, but I would need some more information about your order.
