I purchased a stackable Washer & Dryer on Sunday, May 12, 2019, with delivery and INSTALL.
A few hours later, I get a call from the sales guy stating I needed to come back to the store to pay an additional $39.99 for a staking kit (he forget to include it) when I questioned the amount of the price since the sign on the display said the price was $12.50. He said that "that" particular kit was dis-continued and no longer available.
So when I got their the manager (Daniel) helped me and found the stacking kit that went to the machine...and guess what...it was $12.50! Needless to say the sales guy didn't even look!
Wednesday,the 15th,,,,I received a text message stating it would be delivered from 12:30 to 2:30. I went home from work early to wait, just to have them call saying that it would be later than 2:30p I had to go back to work so my son stayed to wait.
Had everything ready with the stacking kit readily available, hoping this would be an easy process. Crew got there an hour later.
They brought in the W & D then told my son that they could not install the dryer due to me not having the correct vent coils, I purchased the kit from Best Buy that was for the machine! So they hooked up the washer, leaving the dryer in the middle of my laundry room floor for me to hook up and stack! They didn't even bother to explain to my son anything. They just left. When I got home 30 minutes later, I called the dispatch to find out why they didn't atleast stack it. Spoke to Jazmin, she was going to have the crew leader contact me, after 2 failed attempts I finally get a call from Eddie (crew leader). Eddie told me that it wasn't stated on his workorder to stack the machines...WHAT!!!...why would there be a staking kit for a stackable W & D???
He tells me I have to call and schedule ANOTHER day - likely a week from now depending on their work load WHAT...I can't go another week without doing laundry. I tried calling Jazmin back a few times, and the phone just rang and rang.I called the Best Buys store and got the manager Daniel explaining my fraustration...he apoligized and said that he would try and contact the 3 party delivery service and find out what can be done...so now I wait!
Best Buys, I hope you can make this right. Very unhappy customer.
