Never again..4500$ TV never delivered

When you spend almost 5K$ you expect better customer service. Set appt for delivery of new TV. Was given 6hr window for delivery had some one stay at my house for 4hrs and I stay the last 2hrs. Delivery never showed and customer care never answered the phone after 1 1/2hr wait time on phone then never called back like they said they would. All I want is my TV or my money back. Prefer my money back so I can give it to a company that actually takes care of their customers. So mad right now. Can’t use the words I want to use.
