Thank you for reaching out to us on the Best Buy forum. I’m sorry for the delay in our reply. As we try to answer our customers on a first-come-first-served basis and it has been busier than normal, we’ve been taking a little longer than we would like to get back to you.
Typically, you should be able to call (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 to request a customized Certificate of Insurance (COI) for a home delivery or installation appointment. I’m disheartened to hear that this process hasn’t been as smooth as we would like. As you said you needed the customized COI, including your home owner’s association as an additional insured, for a TV mounting today, were you able to speak to another customer service representative to provide the necessary information? Please let me know if you still need assistance from me here.
