Purchased an open box Bosch dishwasher in the Leesburg, VA BB store on 4/1. The day before the scheduled delvoert date, the delivery company went to the BB warehouse to pick it up but was unable to do so becaues BB had damaged the dishwasher. Got a refund a few weeks later.
After weeks of arguing with BB, the store agreed to sell me another open box dishwasher for the same price i paid for the previous one. Delivery was set for 5/15. Received a call from BB early on 5/15 telling me that it did not make it onto the truck and that delivery would be Friday, 5/17 instead. Received a call from the delivery company on 5/16 telling me that they did not pick it up because it was damaged. Really? Again BB?
Store is of no help whatsoever. Can someone at BB customer support step in and put some pressure on the store to deliver an "undamaged" dishwasher once and for all?
