Ne59f9500ss samsung range install fire hazard

We had a range installed and microwave installed. The oven was smelling of burnt plastic and after pulling the oven out, the contacts in the back of the oven werent installed correctly causing the grounds to short and burn through the wires. Ovens shouldnt get replaced every three years and now because of a faulty installation we are out of the warranty period and are stuck with a $2000 waste of money. Also, the microwave cant even pop popcorn! Its either we had two faulty units. Or the installers were negligent and installed the 220 connecting cord incorrectly and god know what happened with the microwave. 

 

Thisis the second instance of best buy’s installers and management  being just garbage. The dishwasher was replaced (after a month of not having managers contact us back or passing off the blame to the install company and washing their hands of us).

 

The scariest part is that the contacts in the back of the even are  literally burnt off. Which god knows could have ended  worse than it did. So either management at best buy wetmore is bad or best buy installers are just garbage. Who knows but appliance purchases have been nightmares. Beyond the fridge...

It sounds like your installation may have been a while ago? While I cannot say this is the case for your specific situation, we will often times offer a 90-day workmanship warranty on applicable installations. We also do have our Return & Exchange Promise and Geek Squad Protection that may be able to assist when you receive a defective product.
