yes, they told me I have to reschedule the delivery. the frustrating part is that the deliery team claims that they have been onsite, and suggesting  we didn't open the door.

 

because this is an apartment building they have to call, so that we can open the door. the day before the delivery I got a call from the delivery confirming the day berfore the delivery. so they know how to call, and they had the correct address.

 

It was raining a lot on the day of the delivery, and especially between 8am 12 pm.
