I bought 2 TV's at Best Buy and 2 TV stands (which need assembly), paid for all the TV set up and furniture assembly charges. Delivery scheduled for Nov 6, 2018 between noon -4pm. Received numerous phone calls and email reminders. Well no one showed up here and no one called. Very aggravating not being able to talk to a real person. Online chat was useless. Finally got through to Best Buy and got the phone number for the installing company they use. The guys were backed up today and are not coming. Was anyone going to tell me that? I sat home all day waiting. Now my appointment has been rescheduled to Nov 7th at 8am-12noon. I have been assured I will be the first appointment. I find it hard to believe any of this will go as planned, its been a disaster so far. Very disappointed in this whole mess. If my stuff doesn't come as planned and assembled and set up properly I will be seeking a refund.

I see a lot of complaints on this board of no shows for delivery. This is the first time in my life that someone failed to show up at my home for a delivery. This is poor time management and also NO MANNERS. Someone should call to reschedule, not just keep you hanging all day long waiting and not even call to say they are running late. Shame on you Best Buy and your 3rd party installers.
Dave at the Trumbull CT store was very nice and tried to help me but this situation seems like just one more in a long line of dissatisfied customers.

The saga continues.....I was assured by Installs, the company delivering and installing my TV's and stands, that they would be here at 8am and I would be the first stop on the route. So I got up early and called them at 8am to confirm and I was told they cannot even pick up my items at Best Buy til 9am and then they still could not assure me I was first on their route. What kind of installation company is Best Buy using? This is not acceptable. No one cares apparently.
