Miss information, reluctance, Rude behavior, damages

Hi 

I am having a lot of issues related to the installation of my appliance 

1) no one is giving complete and correct information related to the codes 

2) different information that has to lead to some of the unnecessary shavings of cabinetry

3) Complete reluctance and lack of co-ordination between all BestBuy and installers
