My over the range microwave was damaged to the point it is not usable. I called for an exchange for a new one and was directed to escalations. Escalations called me an hour later and I was approved for an exchange and I thought we set up a delivery for the new microwave. The representative said they would call back the following day to confirm. I never received a call and I'm not sure if delivery is set up, (it was supposed to be this coming Saturday July 13). I tried calling to confirm info but was on hold for 30 mins after it said wait time was 5 mins
