I bought a product on the bestbuy.com.mx website and specified the delviery address and day.
When the washer/dryer arrived in the nearby city, where my friend was coordinating the delivery, the BestBuy people refused to complete the delivery to the final destinationaddress, insisting that it be delived to my friend, 25 miles from it's correct destination.
She had to hire people to complete the delivery! She was not happy, and I spent more money than what I expected during the purchase process.
I've written to the bestbuy.com.mx email eight times, and have been ignored.
What will BestBuy do about this?

I understand how you feel, and I'm truly sorry that you haven't heard back from any of your emails that you've sent over to Best Buy Mexico. As our systems are a bit different then Best Buy Mexico and Best Buy Canada, we want to make sure that you are getting the assistance that you need with your concerns. At this point, we would recommend trying to give the Best Buy Mexico Customer Care team a call at 5237 8289 or 5-BESTBUY. They should be able to further assist you with any concerns that you may have.

As I wrote before, my Spanish isn't good enough to have a technical conversation. Even smarter, have one of your US bllingual people work on the problem with your Mexican operation.

I hear you, but we are not able to support a purchase made with Best Buy Mexico. You will need to reach out to Best Buy Mexico on this.

So, essentially, sending these back and forth messageshas been a waste of my time?
I'll have to avoid BestBuy in future as a time wasting, useless company to buy from. I'll make sure that anyone I speak to who mentions buying electronics hears about why not to buy from BestBuy. Nice job.
Nothing but trouble and unessessary expense.
