I know how tight schedules can be, and how hard it can be to be without an appliance. We'd like to see if we can find a solution for you, if that delivery didn't end up making it.
Please give our dedicated appliance support line a call at (800) 304-1259. They are specifically set up to help out with issues like this, so I hope they'll be able to get this fixed.
