Late Delivery

I was supposed to have a refrigerator delivered Monday. We were very excited to have decided on your business. I received a message that the truck broke down but that it could be delivered next day (Tuesday) at the same time. It was not.

When I called on Tuesday, I was told I needed to reschedule delivery and that it had not been scheduled because they "thought" I would call to confirm. They never asked that we call back, or make any statement that we needed to in the message I received, so we did not.

Now I am told I cannot have it delivered until the weekend. This was a delivery error and should be corrected in a timely manner. I moved into a more home and have small children. It is difficult not having refrigerator for them for so long, when it should have arrived days ago and we still have days to wait. I have been extremely disappointed with the entire ordeal.
