I bought an LG range on Sept. 5, 2018. I was completely underwhelmed by the delivery and follow-up. The person who delivered the product said they had gone through everything with me. He signed the paper without me knowing. He did not do what the paper said.
I did participate in the survey and received a call, however, I didn't get a chance to call back. The VM is no longer in my phone. I would like to talk to the person who called. How do I do that?
Present problem - the timer is not working. I put in the time--it moves 1 second and then stops.
As you may know, the Wilmington, NC Best Buy store is presently not open due to storm damage. Yes, I live in Wilmington. Let me know how to proceed.

No call from Best Buy. Waiting more that 1/2 hour for customer service right now.
So, we all have storm damage here in Wilmington, but we still help one another. Best Buy in Wilmington needs to do the same. What did you do with all of your employees. PUT THEM TO WORK WHILE THEY FIX THE ROOF or whatever happened. I Don't Care. The number of trucks taking up space and not helping others is also appalling. Get it done. Like the rest of us.
I've called customer service about my new oven two times and been told someone would be calling to set up a repair time. No call, no nothing. Does Best Buy read the forums? Your reputation is awful. I should have looked before I bought from you . This is how you go out of business--but before you do, you'll need to actually send a repair person. The GEEK Squad audio is appalling when you actually calling about a new appliance that's not working right. Cut it out!. I'm figuring repairs and the Geeks are the only way you can make money. HORRIBLE company.
