Kitchen Floor Damage

My floor was damaged during a disastrous delivery - arrived 4 hours late, the refrigerator was damaged to the point that it never even went into my house and my floor was damaged removing my old refrigerator. Best Buy was wonderful handling the refrigerator issue, but I have been trying ever since to get this resolved with the insurance company. At least 10 messages and no call. I am in the insurance business and know that this is not how claims are handled. I feel it is Best Buy’s responsibility to help me get this issued resolved.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I wish you’d been able to join us under better circumstances. I’m sorry that it has taken so long to get back to you on this. We’re doing our best to catch back with everyone that came to us for help as fast as we can.  


I’m sorry that it has been so difficult to get your claim submitted. We want to make this process as easy as possible, and it sounds like we have fallen short on that here.

Yesterday I emailed Nicole and Ashley. I have sent multiple emails to Ashley {Removed per forum guiddelines} and left at least 5 voicemails for her. I sent pictures and an estimate just as she asked.

Just wanted to let you know that my claim is still not resolved. I have called and left voicemails and emailed Ashley at Sedgwick and have heard nothing. A third party adjuster came to the house on October 15th to look at the damage and take measurements. The damage occurred on July 19th. I would like to get this taken care of. Thank you.
