Installation problems and unsatisfactory response from your vendor Pacific Sales

We recently purchased a microwave and dishwasher from Best Buy and we are extremely unhappy with the installation of the microwave by your vendor Pacific Sales.  Due to the incompetance and outright lie of your installer, we needed to call a handyman on an emergency basis to fix the error, which cost us $275.  I have a longer letter and pictures of the incompetance, but I cannot find a Best Buy email to send it to.  I do NOT want to send it only to Pacific Sales, because we have not been treated well by them, and ultimately it is your name and responsibility for any issue. 


Can you please provide an email address and I can include on my email, which will also be sent to Pacitic Sales and their subcontractor who actually did the installation.  The items were purhcased from the Moorestown NJ store.  The dishwasher is scheduled to be delivered in 10 days, and we have had such a poor experience regarding the microwave that we are considering cancelling the dishwasher purchase and installation.

Welcome to our community and thank you for taking the time to write in to us, although we wish the circumstances were different. 

Getting new appliances should be an exciting time, and we are sad to hear about this. I can understand how having to find a contractor to come out unexpectedly isn't optimal.
