Installation of appliance

I have now made a 3 rd appointment to have an already delivered over the range microwave installed. No one showed up or called for the first two dates. The last person I spoke with says she saw the appointment in one system but not in the other system. And the tech scheduling probably did not look for that to happen. I wasted 12 hours of my life waiting for these appointments and how do I know this one will happen. I feel like I should not be charged for this as this system is so poorly run. I have wasted a lot of time on the phone getting these scheduled and rescheduled as well. My order number is Order # {removed per forum guidelines} disappointed customer who purchased over 3,000 dollars of appliances.

There should be a button that is navy blue with white letterings of ‘Private Message’ on the right of where my name is located within the response I’ve initiated to you.

Dear person,

There is no such button as you describe. See below. There are two navy blue buttons. One says add comment and one says accept as solution and a gray one says Kudo O. Is there anyway to resolve this craziness? Not to mention I gave you my order number phone and address in the first email and they were deleted due to policy.

I’m sorry if the “Private Message” button is not visible. Is it possible that you are utilizing a mobile device to view the Community Forums?  If so, you would not be able to see the Private Message button. Please either switch to the desktop mode on your device, or access the forums through a desktop computer.
