Installation did not happen

Ordered a garbage disposal and paid 119 for installation. Guy dropped off the part and refused to install now Best Buy gives me the run around on refunding me they keep telling me to call this number and that number no one will help and they are making me do all the work. Sickening I am contacting Better Business Bureau and my bank to file investigation and credit back to my account. Worst customer service ever!

I’m not entirely sure why you’d be scheduled for an installation, but the service wasn’t completed, but you bet I want to get to the bottom of this for you!  Thank you for registering with the Best Buy forums to let us know!

 

Using the email that you provided, I was able to locate a couple orders that were discussing this very matter.  For me to reach out to my support teams I’m going to have to request your confirmation of your full name, phone number, email address, and order number.
