Install and customer service issues

I recently spent over $10k attempting get a home theater from best buy i ended up with 6 useless speakers in my ceiling and thousands in ruined products can a manager or decision making from best buy please contact me attempting to resolve this issue.

It may take the moderators a little bit of time to reply. In the meantime, can you clarify what exactly is goin on? You said the in ceiling speakers are useless, is it because they are not hooked up currently? What equipment is “ruined”, is the install only part way complete, etc?

Setting up a new home theater is no small matter and we certainly want to ensure everything is working how you expect it. Can you please provide some more information about what is happening? What sort of problems are you having with these speakers? What products were ruined and how? Any additional information would be much appreciated.
