Improper Refrigerator water line flooded my basement

Hello. I have been going back and forth with Mike at the Rockaway, NJ store who seems to keep leading me to dead ends with no resolution. My water line was installed by Best Buy and flooded my basement. My plumber told me that this was done by an unlicensed plumber and to contact Best Buy. On 10/24/19 I went to the store and Mike gave me Sedgwick phone number. I have left many messages over the last two weeks and no responses. Lines are always referred to voicemail. Today, 11/4/19 I called and Mike said he should have given me the Appliance Resolution Line. I said “why didn’t you?” And he said “I don’t know”. I called the number he gave me which was the Geek Squad. I called Mike back again now. Waiting for another return call of useless information. I just would like to file my claim and have this taken care of. I am being given the run around here as I have heard many have been.
Is there a phone number or someone specific that I can contact over this issue?

A flooded basement is certainly not what I would want to be dealing with, so I would be seeking some support as well. Getting conflicting information on top of that is definitely no fun either!
