Horrible experience

I wan to file a formal complaint with Best Buy. 

Your delivery team showed up to 2 appointments without the stacking kit for a washer and dryer! Your company keeps on postponing the date when the stacking kit will be available. On top of that I spent hours on the phone and at the store to try to solve the issue. I have now a dryer in the middle of the kitchen and I'm crossing my fingers that someone is going to show up to the third appointment. 


I also want to file a formal complaint about JOSH {removed per forum guidelines}, he was the supervisor that took my call. Beyond horrible. 


It's insane that the only mechanism to complain is to  post on this forum.

I've always thought the hardest part of shopping for new appliances is the huge number of options these days, and that the delivery and installation would almost incidental after making my selection.
