On December 20, 2019 we took delivery of a stove that was part of a whole house appliance package we purchased at Best Buy in Traverse City, Michigan store.

The stove that was delivered was the wrong stove, not the one we ordered but it was being left so I could fix Christmas Dinner for the family on Sunday.
The delivery person went thru the unit to make sure everything worked and told us to leave the oven on for an hour to burn off the coating inside. A short time after the delivery team left smoke started coming out of the oven door and we discovered a manual on the inside stuck in the upper part of the oven which had caught on fire.

It has been 5 weeks since the incident, I have left numerous messages with Customer Service and have gotten no response. We had significant smoke damage to our new home and we are expecting compensation for the cleaning/painting which was required.

I'd love to see if I can get you connected back with them. Based on that date you've provided, however, it looks like that order isn't under your name. Our Privacy Policy is in place to make sure we protect the private information of our customers, and requires us to discuss something like this only with the original purchaser.
