I 've ordered a subzero fridge and thermador wall oven with best buy honolulu. To start off the geek squad member who came to my house said he was doing me a favor by working on his day off and had an attitude tthat he just wanted to leave. i asked him to take measurments and provide me a couple of options. He did not do any of this . He evnentually provided me a quote for the subzero and the thermador oven. He told me that everything will run smoothly and fit. The communication was horriable from this point. He told me that they fired their installers and I had to go with my own installers. Just to find out that they didn't provide me any information on how to pick up the appliances.
My installers lost respect for me and will no longer work on my house. But the troubles don't stop there. he did not tell me when the installers where comming. So i got a call one day while i was at work that the installers was outside my house waiting for me to let them in. I had to take emergengy vacation just to find out they didn't bring the appliance (they had to reschedule).
Maybe the 3rd time would be the charm. The installers came to remove/install my oven and remove my fridge. The oven that the best buy installer measured was way off 3 inchs short in height and 2 inches short on the width.
The next time the installers came to install my fridge they forgot my appliance again!!! The bestbuy manager forgot to include the fridge in the work order. The installers struggled and ended up damanging my floors.
I've contacted the store manager to see if he could help compensate me for my troubles, damge, and remaining caprenty wrok. they called me back and offered me a $100 gfit card to best buy!!! What a joke.... how am i supposed to use that to pay my carpenter.
To top it off the installers agreed the geek squad member screwed up and should have takend better measurements. Someone please help if you know a way i can recover something. thanks
