Geek Squad no show

On 8/27, I had a scheduled mounting TV service from Geek Squad. In the morning, I received a call that the person, Christopher, would be arriving at 12pm. After waiting a hour past the time, I called Bestbuy and the rep told me Christopher knocked on my door and that no one answered, so I would need to reschedule. I said that was a lie since I was home all day. I contacted Christopher directly to which he repeated his story. I told him to stop lying because I was home and I also have a door camera which showed no one knocking on my door. He could’ve called to check. Then he apologized for “this inconvenience.”

He either lied that he went to my house or he went to the wrong house when my address was correct, in which case I don’t want someone that incompetent (no one has trouble finding my house).

I canceled the service because the next available time was in 2 weeks with Christopher again.
