Geek Squad issue

Hi Best Buy/Geek Squead - I recently bought a new 40" Sony, mount and Geek Squad premium service {removed per forum guidelines}. The first installation date - they were running so late that they never showed up. This was on a Friday and I had taken the day off work to be there. The 2nd installation date - they told us that we needed an internal wall mounting kit so i ordered that. The 3rd installation - they told us that we didnt' need that wall mounting kit because we aren't able to put the wires in the wall, and then installed the TV. 

 

This shouldn't take 3 times to get it right and when calling to complain about it I just kept getting the run around and transfering to different people to talk to and noone was helping. I don't think the cost for the installation was worth it - 3 appointments, a missed day of work, for $199.

 

Can someone help with this complaint? Thank you.

That certainly does sound like an upsetting TV mounting service. I am sorry it took us three times to finally get this done for you.
