TLDR; To Whom It May Concern: I do not believe in "complaints." I believe in an opportunity to share perspectives, provide feedback and concerns, all in an effort to find a solution that is amicable for the parties involved.
My purpose here is to connect with an appropriate SLT (Senior Leadership Team) member who can help address the workflow and poor handling of our situation with our recent Samsung Gas Stove purchase that resulted in putting my family at risk to gas safety issues.
