Fourth of July weekend Refrigerator delivery blues

It's been almost two weeks since I successfully ordered via an in store purchase, at the Fort Lauderdale FL. location of an LG french door refrigerator. Unfortunately my experience with the delivery company handling the set up, and in home installation hasn't gone as smoothly. The first delivery attempt brought the (25 cu. ft.) unit inside the house without a scratch, while expediting the removal of the old unit. That went well. However, hooking up my water utility proved to make a seemingly easy task a challenge. Both installers claimed that there wasn't running water available???!!! This notwithstanding simply turning open the water line valve, and confirming the opposite to be evident. Hmmm. The LG fridge doors also were also improperly reinstalled causing an error code with a continuous alarm impeding cool down. They left me there without a working fridge. Hmmm. The second delivery attempt went almost as bad as the first. This crew pulled off the doors due to the tight doorway access and summarily dumped them face down on the lawn. Then without using secure shoulder straps caused dents and paint scratches on the replacement fridge outer case by using a wobbly hand cart. Hmmm. At this point I'm really confused by an apparent negligence due to careless handling (rushing) a relatively simple operation. I hope that the Escalation Dept. reviews this case and hopefully will bring this multi-occurrence failures to a satisfactory conclusion soon.
