I experienced four failed deliveries of a washer and driver and at this point, would be hesistant to ever purchase from Best Buy. Two failed attempts were because the delivery company did not have the right equipment to use (I had to go out and buy my own cords and hoses because Best Buy did not order the right length). One failed attempt was because the delivery company had to reschedule. And the last, most egregious failed attempt was because the washer machine arrived broken and a new one had to be ordered. At this point, I placed the order over a month ago and still do not have my appliances.
