Formal Complaint

I'm incredibly outraged by my recent customer service experience . Honestly my entire order in general. The excessive hold times, customer reps being disrespectful argumentive and blaming the issue on me and my funds when ultimately it turn out it was Best Buy's fault. I order my merchandise in March with the delivery scheduled for Jun 8th. coinsideing with my kitchen reno. well guess what nothing show up. No email why or call. so I called and I get tossed around like a hot potato for hours on then someone's says it's handled. reschedules items fridge delivery is way out until 26 which I'm not happy about and stove is supposed to come the 10th. Well guess what It didn't. Team tells me only way to resolve issue on your ends is to cancel it and reorder which pushed my order back again. How is this possible and why can't anyone attempt to make good on this poor service. I feel like I'm stuck in a never ending dispute. I really hope my stove at the very least shows up.

Remodeling any part of your home can be stressful, but it's hard to think of one that is more intrusive into your daily life than a kitchen remodel (except, perhaps, a bathroom remodel, particularly if your home only has one). One of my sisters is currently remodeling her kitchen, and I have to say, she's been getting a little too creative with her crock pot while she waits for the work to be completed and for her new appliances to be delivered and installed. I apologize for the unexpected delay of your order, and for any delays that this has caused with your renovation. We definitely expect our Agents and vendor partners to connect with our customers in the event that there is a unexpected need to reschedule. It's a little strange that you haven't been contacted about this!
