Formal Complaint

Best Buy Team, We recently purchased a washing machine and dryer. We had Best Buy install it and after waiting online for 1 hour and 21 minutes had to recall your team back. This was due to after the install water escaping through the ceiling, floor and walls. The next agents that came showed me that the waste water pipe had been put in the wrong hole place and fixed the issue. The further problem now is the damage to my property that is a cause of the incorrect install. How can i be compensated for the damage.
