Formal Complaint

I ordered a GE stove online in the middle of April. The delivery date I chose was about two weeks after I ordered. I missed a day of work to wait for the product. When they arrived the closed packaged was clamp damaged so bad the top of the stove was bent almost in half. I had no issue at the time, accidents happen. The reschedule date was 5 days after that. I took another day off work and waited for the delivery. When the delivery persons arrived one of the gentlemen asked if i was okay with an open boxed stove. I did not have an issue with it as long as it isn’t damaged. I paid for new so i expect a new product without damage. When they unloaded it they realized it was the same damaged product. I understand receiving it once... twice is ridiculous. The man who rescheduled was very generic with his apology and rescheduled for two days later. I accepted the date with hope we wouldn’t need to keep ordering food for weeks on end. I again took a day off of work... then i received a cancel notice at 3am the night before when i had already called in to my work. The next date I was given is the 22nd of May because it now needs to be ordered. That means three weeks of eating out.. I expected reliable and quick service, instead I am wasting time and not only spending money, but also losing money from not attending work on those delivery dates. Is this the way Best Buy does normally does business? How is this an acceptable way to treat a valued customer that chose your company over plenty of other options?
