Formal Complaint Email or Phone Number

I would like an email address for Customer Service or a phone number to call in order to make a formal complaint.  In general, my goal is to request a refund of the installation cost of a dishwasher that we ordered on BestBuy.com. 

 

There is a lot of detail (as well as documentation) involved in this request so I want to know which phone number or email address to direct it to before I take the time to write everything out.  Thanks

Hello jdavis044! The forums here are a great place to get in touch with corporate - but it can take a few days for a response from one of the corporate representatives. There is no email for US based corporate, but the phone number is 1-800-237-8289. If you'd like to wait here for a response from one of them you're more than welcome to. Their user names end in -BBY.
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.
