I’d like to file a complaint against the delivery personnel who attempted to delivery my refrigerator. The one gentleman was very rude and unprofessional towards my wife when he determined that the new refrigerator wouldn’t fit thru my front door(Although it measures it the exact dimensions as the new fridge as well as my old one which PC Richards had no problem delivering and installing. This delivery person talked to my wife like he was being inconvenienced and then decided to reschedule my delivery unbeknownst to us. I feel as though i should’ve taken my business elsewhere, especially since i opened up a Best Buy Credit card specifically for this purchase.
