Dryer never made it

We bought a new washer and matching open box dryer that was supposed to be delivered on Monday Oct 29. The washer showed up but the dryer got lost in transit. So, they said the dryer would be there Saturday and would be delivered the next Monday, a week late. Got a call today that the dryer never made it to the warehouse. Delivery pushed back to Saturday. Called a manager and got a new dryer for same price, which is nice but it will not be delivered until the 12th?! You’re joking. 2 weeks late is unacceptable. Our ticket had been escalated 4 times and we have NEVER heard from corporate. We are beyond angry at this point and should be getting priority delivery.

We never want an order to be delayed, let alone more than once. If November 12 is the soonest they were able to schedule your delivery I’m unlikely to be able to push that date up for you, but I’d be happy to check into it and see if it is possible.
