Dishwasher problems

I bought an open box Bosh dishwasher. I was so excited to save $100. I,picked it up, called for Best Buy installation, paid $159..,and on the sceduled day, Wed Oct 10 I called for a time frame. I was told no record. I rescheduled for 10/12, but my daughter sent an installer to my home. Turns out the Best Buy installer showed up with only my last name, old phone # and no install kit. He left. The dishwasher was missing legs and didn't work, broken pump. So far Best Buy Arden way, Sacramento sent out team to remove and return dishwasher. I was refunded the second charge for install and kit, but with no record of the first install no refund issued. I put in a dispute with my bank, so I am whole on the Best Buy install charges. My issue is how upset I am to still have no dishwasher,a hole where my old one was and I am out $91.91 for the installation of a broken dish washer. Now I will pay more for a dishwasher, pay again for install and I would like a free installation or a $92 store credit at the very least.

From having a mix up about when your unit would be installed to the dishwasher not working correctly, what you describe isn’t what we want for our customers. For me to see more details about this, can you please send me a little more information? I’ll need your full name, phone number, email address, and original order number or customer service PIN from your purchase receipt (if done in store). You mentioned that you believe you were charged twice for installation, so I’ll need to see the receipt or order number for that original installation order so I can see what may be happening. If you perhaps used a different phone number or email when setting up that installation order, please include those in your message. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
