i purchased a dishwasher, along with installation a few years ago from Best Buy. It appears it was never leveled properly when it was installed. The top rack constantly tilts forward and slides out. Who can help witht this?

Under our Return & Exchange Promise we would be able to come back out and re-do the leveling within 15 days after the installation. That would be extended out to 30 or 45 days, respectively, for our Elite and Elite Plus My Best Buy members.
If your purchase was made years ago it would no longer fall within this period. We may be able to provide leveling service, though it is something you would need to pay for. You can give us a call at (800) GEEKSQUAD or (800) 433-5778 to see if that’s something we can help out with in your area.
