Bestbuy Claim #{removed per forum guidelines}

 

I had this case open since August- 2018 and no out come yet.

Hi ,,, i am hoping some one can help me too with my open Claim # we move into new house in houston about 6 months ago and we decided to replace a dishwasher and prefered to go to Bestbuy which we think is a reliable company/retailer... So w made a purchase from Best Buy and they got the delivery and install in the same week, we were happy and using the dishwasher everyday basis. Its not been a month completed we start noticed the water is all over in the kitchen underneath of the wood floor (I do have the Hardwood floor in the kitchen and the office room which is behind the kitchen where ever i step on the floor i found the waterunderneath of it.

I start searching and find out the water leakage underneath of the dishwasher. I called the same day to best buy and the Tech come in second day and find out the dishwasher has a leakage and the part is broken which causng the water leakage he can not do anything but he did call and inform to best buy to replace the dishwasher because its broken. That also taken care of and they send me same new dishwasher and Tech installed and replaced it.

This is the brand new hard wood floor which the previous owner did remodel the house not a year ago. I called to best buy claim department (1855-832-1338 spoke with Niki) she created a case and email the evidances of leakage to Nicole from sedwick, Tina from Elctrolux, Logan from Brascraft. and they are blaiming to each other the this is a faluty part issue so this goes to Logan and logan said he has nothing to with that this is the broken dishwasher which is "whirlpool" and Nicole-Drew from Sedgwick reply me back she has nothing to do with this claim... Pffffff.. i am so frustrated i dont know where to go... i called at 1855-832-1338 they never pickup the phone always have to leae voice message to them and i am leaving the detail voice message with call back number, its been over a week i am trying to get the status of my claim and no one bother to return my call.

I travel a lot internationally and i can not trace them out everyday, when ever i came back i found no update of the case. I am so disappointed from Bestbuy if i did not heard anything back from Bestbuy then i am going to launch this case with consumer affairs because of bestbuy negligence.

Please if someone can help us settle this claim that would be great.

I hope this finds you well!  I have heard back from my partners at Sedgwick and was informed that your claim was tendered to Whirlpool and Electrolux in August. They will be getting a status update on this claim and should be following up with you shortly.  Although I don't anticipate any further issues, please let me know if you do not hear from them by the end of this week.

Thanks Sam, appreciated for the followup  i am hopping to hear a good news and get this claim setted asap.. Well last time Tina from Electolux she send me the message was on 9-25 and after that i didn not heard anything back ...her contact information for your reference is as under....
