Delivery

So I receive a text stating my delivery will be there from 8-10am and then another stating delivery will be there by 9:30am. So I am waiting for my delivery. Phone rings and call is missed.  Try calling back the number  but the number can't be called back. (so how stupid is this)  So now it is 10am.I havent received anything so I call to see whats going on- Response is sorry they called and nobody answered the phone they left and can't come back; delivery needs to be rescheduled.   They took pictures of the building to show they were there . So I ask , Why didn't they ring my bell? I'm not sure but I'm sorry, was their response. They definetely need top get rid of  these delivery people if they don't know to ring the bell when they arrive at a delivery destination. Common sense really goes a long way. Too bad some people lack such an important characteristic. I can't get over the fact that a delivery person would not ring a doorbell when arriving at a delivery destination.
