Delivery problem

I have a delivery problem recently. I ordered a Dyson hair dryer in March, but I didn't receive yet. It was delivered to someone else. I called several times at BestBuy customer service (I called them five times!!!!). They convert responsibility to Fedex and no solution is given. It's been almost a month!!!! I was greatly disappointed in Best Buy's response.

 

I am getting tired now and I want to refund the product. If anyone checks, please give me a solution.

Thank you for providing that information. I've been able to review your order and previous case history and have some further information for you. I see that this package was signed for at the delivery address. Because of this we are unable to provide further assistance. As the previous agents mentioned, I would recommend working with FedEx and your local law enforcement for further assistance.  I understand that this is not the desired outcome to this sitatuion and I apologize that we have no further options available to assist you with this purchase.
