Delivery never showed up

I paid $200.00 to have my tv delivered and mounted. I took half a day off of work to receive the deliver from 8am-12pm. No one has shown up todau. There is also no one answering my call at the store where I purchased it and it’s now 1pm. I’m missing work and losing money over this lack of service.

I was talked into the delivery and installation service by a Best Buy emoloyee. Had he shared with me that you do this through a third party service that doesn’t provide any service I wouldn’t have wasted my money.

Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on the purchase of your new TV!  I know how exciting it can be to upgrade a major part of your home, and I’m sorry that we let you down by missing your appointment.  This is never the experience we want to offer our customers.
