Delivery driver turned the oven on and said smoke will be normal and to keep it on for 20 minutes. When we turned it off we realized that he left a can of stainless steel cleaner in our oven. We had been inhaling these fumes for an hour while trying to air out our home. It also ruined the oven.
Driver came back out later to take the oven away. Didn’t of course bring our old oven back that they picked up earlier. Now we have no oven and no date or time in mind.
Best Buy has no urgency to get us a new stove. Absolutely unacceptable that we are being inconvenienced by their error.
All we are being told is that they can’t get us a new stove because the ruined stove is showing in transit in the system.
Who cares?!!!! Transact another oven and rush it to our house today immediately.
Figure out your paperwork and systematic problem later. This can be solved right now. Retail is retail. I understand how inventory works.
I also know that anything can be done to make the experience right for your customer.
This is absolutely unacceptable. We are absolutely disgusted by this horrible experience.
Ths complaint will not stop here.
