Delivery but NO Installation Crew and NO COI despite the request

Hi Best Buy Support Representative,

 

I purchased a washing machine last Thursday for delivery today and provided the COI information to the sales representatives (George {removed per forum guidelines} and Antonio {removed per forum guidelines} at New York's Union Square Location), but it seems like the COI was never sent to my condo building. I was on the phone with your representative but the phone support representative was told that there can't be anything done because my delivery still showed as "in-transit" in the system. However, when BestBuy contacted me earlier when the delivery crew was at my building, the representative told me that I could request for the COI but she provided me with the wrong e-mail address. Would you be able to help me get the right contact for the COI so that I could get this process started?

 

In addition, there was no installation crew today at drop-off. We wouldn't have been able to install anyways as the COI was never sent, but it seems like there is a lot of confusion from Best Buy as I clearly paid for installation and haul-away service for my old equipment. 

 

Your response would be greatly appreciated as I would like the washing machine to be installed as soon as possible.

I am sorry if your building management company did not receive this Certificate of Insurance(COI). I would be more than willing to do what can be done to get this taken care of for you. Can you send me a private message with your name, your phone number, your email address, and your order number?
