We completely understand that calling back during the advised time and not getting assistance would not be ideal at all! We do apologize that this happened. 

 

We would encourage you to give our Appliances team one more call at (800) 304-1259 between 8 a.m.–11 p.m. CT, 7 days a week, as they would be best suited to assisting you with returning this item (such as if it needs uninstalled). If you still cannot get through to them, please let us know via Private Message and we'll be glad to see if we can escalate this to the proper support team.
