Delivery and Installation problem

When I bought my home theatre items from Best buy, I thought for sure that everything would be professional. Since I swiped my card it has been downhill. My install and delivery was suppose to go today but I'm still waiting. I was told it would happen between 8-12PM. No one showed up or even called. So I called and sat on hold for over 45 minutes just to be transferred to the third party Best buy partner who was suppose to service me. Then I spent an additional 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Finally got a person who told me they couldn't get anyone on the phone about my delivery. Then I was told that they had no idea when I would get my items but I would get a call at some point. I took off work and had other plans past 12pm. Now I'm forced to sit here waiting on this mysterious phone call to come. This is unprofessional and sad. Very dissapointed.
