Delivery and Installation Complaint

I've experienced a horrible experience trying to get my dishwasher installed.  As of this writing, I'm still waiting to get it installed after purchasing it in November.   I don't understand why Bestbuy installation cannot make accomodations to make up for their own mistakes.   I wanted them to make arrangements to install today or tomorrow, but insist on putting me on the schedule for next week.  Unacceptable.   Here is the timeline:

 

1. Nov 29th: Called Best Buy Polaris to order dishwasher. Was told that appliance sales would not take my call because of other customers.  I asked why I was not considered a Customer??  Not good answer..... Huge fail.

2. Ordered dishwasher online same day. Scheduled (paid) install for Dec 4th

3. Installation agent refused to install dishwasher because he said he could not removed old dishwasher because it was too big. He took the new dishwasher with him and did not call to notify me of the refusal to install my new dishwasher

4. Rescheduled for Dec 11th.

5. Before Dec. 11th, Hired my own person to uninstall 'supposed' big dishwasher. So I paid someone to do what the first installer was suppose to do.

6. Dec. 10th: Got call from (installation/repair) Agent Eric, who said was doing dishwasher repair the next day for a different service address. I did not order any repair. I only had the install (see Item 2).   Someone at bestbuy entered the reschedule incorrectly, and now the install will probably be delayed AGAIN.

7. Dec. 11th: Agent Eric said he would do install the next day, as long as BestBuys 3rd party dispatch would put it on his board. I called in and verified that happened.

8. Dec. 12th: Agent Eric reported the install was not put on his board....still no dishwasher, still no install.
    Bestbuy support would look into it and promised to call me back
    Did not call me back

    Called support again, was not willing to change install date to today, or day after.  NO HELP FROM BESTBUY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR OWN FAILURES

Your crack team of resolution folks did not get the installation done any sooner.   The old dishwasher was finally hauled away just before Christmas.

 

 

Not only was this delivery botched so badly that it took 3 weeks to resolve, my 'paid' installation with you cost me an additional 200.00 to have someone else remove the appliance that could have EASILY been removed by your service personnel.  When I called your resolution team, they could only offer a $25 bestbuy card for my troubles.   Needless to say, I was offended and insulted.

 

I expect, and demand better.   I buy a lot of appliances from you, and I would think you would want me to continue doing so.

The Geek Squad Client care only offended me with a lacking offer for compensation for my troubles.   If there is someone you know that can contact me, please let me know.  Otherwise, I will definitely share the horrid way this delivery and installation happened.
