Delivery NO CALL NO SHOW!!!

I have never in my life received such unprofessional delivery service from a company. My order for my fridge was scheduled for delivery for Sunday 11/3/19 the night before delivery I get a reminder call that my item will be delivered between 7:30am and 9:30 am. The day of delivery my item never shows during scheduled time no call no show. I have had items in the past that were scheduled for delivery and the driver called to let me know when I could expect arrival. However this was not my experience on 11/3/19 I even gave it until 12:30pm before calling little did I know I would have to keep calling speaking to different representatives only to be told they have no idea why my item was not delivered and that they were not able to get in contact with driver because they were not answering phones or returning voice mails. The managers for the delivery driver was also not reachable. For a big company such as Best Buy I would think that this type of situation would not happen. Of course my item was never received and then I call today 11/4/19 still no answer for what happen to my delivery and I can reschedule for another date. NOOOOO I want my item today I feel as my item should be priority due to the unprofessional experience yesterday now I have to inconvenience myself again and prepare to be home waiting on my item that should have already been delivered. I would have been okay if I had at least receive an courtesy call yesterday stating that my delivery would need to be rescheduled. Instead I am the one hunting down Best Buy for answers not knowing if or when my item would be delivered. The representative also informed my that other orders were not delivered along with mine and they are not sure what happened with driver, which is crazy that I am not the only customer who received such poor service on 11/3/19. I am so disappointed with my service and it will make me reconsidered them for future purchases or recommended my family and friends. Best Buy you need to do better with your delivery service and put protocols in place for situations like this so that your future customers are not  left dealing with frustration and bad service.
