Delivery Issues

Why do you tell me you can deliver 12pm-8pm then your tech tells me he doesn't work past 4 . People work Monday thru Friday . Don't tell you can accomadate me 4pm to 8pm but then your tech s.My email is ays he doesn't work past 4. Last time I will buy from you. My email is {removed per forum guidelines}

Thank you for visiting our community forums. I know it's not always easy to set time aside for a delivery. I'm not quite sure I understand exactly what happened. Can you please provide some more details so we can see how to best assist you?

I scheduled a delivery & install of a microwave oven. i was told delivery would be between 12pm-8pm. i asked if it could be after 4 pm since my wife & I both work . I was told this would not be a problem . The day before received a call about my delivery time. Again I told them I needed a late delivery after 4pm. Again I was told no problem. Day of delivery receive a call at 11 am . Said they were on their way . I told them I was told delivery would be after 4 pm. He told me he couldn't that Geek Squad doesn't work after 4 pm. that is a joke why say the time is between 12pm-8pm. It is scheduled for Monday after 4 pm according to the scheduler ,but who knows if it will happen. i might have to wait 3 weeks to have a microwave installed.

Customer is terrible supposed to be delivered today. Made arrangements to have my son at my house there. They call me to cancel says they can't come out til 11/25

  3 weeks to install a microwave. I guess so long as Best Buy has my money that is all that matters. This is unacceptable
