Delivery Issue / Cancellation Issue

I was suppose to get a stove delivered today.  I explained that they could not come between 7:45-8:30.  They came at 8:00AM.  They did not wait on me to return after they told me they would wait till 8:30. I got there at 8:30 and they werent there and had tore a rut in my grass. 

 

I made the decision to cancel especially since I took the day off to wait for your ridiculous delivery window and the fact that you cant follow simple directions.  Store manager on duty at 5:00 on November 7th, 2018 at the Northlake Mall location told me he couldnt and wouldnt cancel and "I" would have to call back to cancel it.  I explained he should cancel and he told me that he didnt work for me.  He is poor at his job and probably cant undertsand of the concept of service.

 

I will be taking to social media and generally report the loathsome customer service by your company.  Furthermore, I am positive I never need to come into Best Buy ever again.  I am tempted to invoice your company for my lost time at work today sinc I am pretty sure its worth more than your stove.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  An appliance delivery should be a relatively simple and straightforward experience, so I was disheartened to hear your experience with the delivery of your stove has ended on such a sour note.

 

Using the information you’ve provided upon joining our forums, I see you were able to cancel your order since posting to our forums.  I apologize for any frustration this delivery experience has caused, and although it sounds like we were unable to execute this particular delivery, I do hope you’ll consider shopping with us again in the future.
