Delivery/Install No Show

I want to cancel my order that was placed on 8/30/19. Delivery was scheduled for today between 12-6. After waiting around all day nobody ever showed up or bothered to call. I tried to call around 6:15 for an update and sat on hold for 40 minutes. I then called back to cancel my order and waited on hold for another hour and 15 minutes only to still not speak to anyone. This is an absolute joke. You clearly have no respect for your customers or their time

I'm sorry that you weren't able to get through to anyone to cancel that order. From your post, it sounds like this may be an appliance you ordered. If so, please give us a call at (800) 304-1259 to speak with an appliance expert about this. We can go over your options for rescheduling or cancelling.
